Steve Wadsworth has been an influential senior executive and leader in the Internet and interactive digital media industry since 1995.
Steve has served on the Tapjoy Board since 2011, and prior to that he was president of Disney Interactive Media Group (DIMG), where he was a pioneer for the company's digital media and technology business including more than 11 years as Disney's chief Internet and digital media executive.
During his tenure, Steve led DIMG's global creation and delivery of entertainment and lifestyle content across digital and interactive media platforms, including mobile devices, Internet, video game consoles, and social media platforms.
Steve is a frequent spokesperson on Internet and digital media issues and guest speaker at Internet industry forums. In 2010, he was selected as one of UCLA Anderson's 100 Inspirational Alumni, and he was named to The Hollywood Reporter's Digital Power 50 List in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Steve also served on the board of the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) for a decade where he served in the roles of chairman and chairman emeritus.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Graduate School of Management.

Jeff brings to the team rich experience in advertising, digital media and eCommerce marketplaces. Previously, Jeff was President and CEO of Geeknet Media, a publisher in B2B technology with over 40 million IT professionals.
Prior to Geeknet, Jeff spent nearly 12 years with eBay in technology / product. As VP of Customer Service Technology Solutions, Jeff was responsible for the global CS product initiatives critical to improving eBay's end-to-end service experience. Jeff was also VP of Information Management & Delivery and Product Development – responsible for analytic infrastructure, marketing, merchandising and advertising technology in one of the most dynamic and rich information environments in the commerce space. Simply put, his group charter was to be eBay's information engine, delivering data rich killer applications.
Prior to eBay, Jeff spent nearly eight years at Accenture in their Global Technology Information Services practice. Jeff served clients in: products, government, utilities, food service, and eCommerce.
Matthew Service is Chief Financial Officer of Tapjoy and joined the company in July 2013. Service is responsible for Tapjoy’s global finance functions, including forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. Matthew previously served as COO and CFO at BLINKX PLC, managing all aspects of the publicly listed online video search and advertising company. He played a pivotal role in the rapid expansion and growth of the video search and advertising platform. Prior to BLINKX, Service worked at Autonomy, Inc. and Regent Pacific Management Corporation. Matthew earned his bachelors of business economics at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Sean leads Tapjoy’s engineering and architecture teams, which are responsible for the development and operation of the software and systems powering Tapjoy’s ever-growing advertising network.
A veteran of a half-dozen start-ups, Sean is an accomplished technical entrepreneur and leader with a strong history designing and delivering new products to emerging markets. Previously the co-founder and CTO of Viximo, Sean led the development of a multi-million dollar social game publishing business, serving millions of users worldwide.
Sean is also on the advisory boards of a number of early-stage companies and created the independent Founder Mentors program to match new entrepreneurs with experienced mentors.
Paul Longhenry is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate and Business Development at Tapjoy, where he is responsible for direction and execution of strategic partnerships and M&A efforts.
Prior to joining Tapjoy in early 2011, Paul was a Principal with D.E. Shaw Ventures where he focused on investments across the mobile sector. Previously, Paul served as VP of Business Development for Sonim Technologies, a mobile VoIP software and services provider. Before Sonim, Paul was an early stage mobile investor for 3i Venture Capital.
Shannon is a sales and marketing executive with a 20-year track record of top performance with mobile, internet and technology companies. Shannon joined Tapjoy in 2009 to lead our advertising sales efforts. Prior to Tapjoy, she was the head of sales and business development for Commission Junction, a division of Valueclick (VLCK). In 2002 Shannon joined the start-up, Expertcity, makers of GoToMeeting, as the head of channel sales and marketing. Expertcity was acquired by Citrix (CTXS) where she continued to lead both worldwide channels and inside sales. Shannon was one of the original founders of B2Bstores.com (BTBC) where she was the EVP of sales and marketing. She assisted with the company’s successfully IPO and subsequent acquisition. Shannon held executive roles in sales, marketing, product management and finance at Fortune 250 distributor, Merisel (MSEL). She started her career in sales at IBM. Shannon makes her home in Santa Barbara, CA with her husband and three children.
Based in Beijing, David is the Senior Vice President of Tapjoy and is responsible for establishing Tapjoy as the leading mobile advertising and monetization platform across Asia Pacific region.
David has held management roles in a wide range of fields from Sales and Marketing, Market Creation and Development to Strategic Planning. For the past 15 years in China, David is one of the leading pioneers in the smartphone and mobile Internet industry, advising and mentoring mobile Internet startups. Prior to joining Tapjoy, David served as Sales and Marketing Director in Nokia China and later General Manager of Symbian Foundation whom had successfully built the leading smartphone platform and ecosystem in Greater China. David was also pivotal in building a global mobile expert community providing business and technology consulting, crowdsourcing services worldwide through collaborative partnership via his extensive network in the industry while serving as the Chairman of Sfonge Finland. David started his career in IBM Hong Kong and later moved to SWIFT and Nortel Networks Singapore focusing on technology management and consulting. Before moving to China, he established the enterprise mobile service business for Nokia in the APAC region.
